The previous Center for Excellence and Innovation in Teaching and Learning strove to promote the highest quality of student learning by providing full-time faculty, part-time faculty, and teaching graduate students with the resources they needed to implement in their classrooms the best practices in college teaching.
The Center services included:
- voluntary and strictly confidential consultation with individual teachers;
- workshops and courses on effective teaching;
- collaborations with other campus units interested in program development and review;
- assisting individuals and academic units interested in designing and implementing student learning outcomes assessment initiatives; and
- conducting and disseminating research on the teaching/learning process.

The teaching/learning process, embodied in the creation, transmission, and application of knowledge, is the keystone of our university. It represents the Â鶹Éç’s central mission.
1. Expand Academic Excellence –

Ó˦&²Ô²ú²õ±è;Collaborate with and mutually support professionals from academic offices across the wider Â鶹Éç community to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of teaching and learning and other professional services for faculty, staff, and graduate students at Â鶹Éç.
2. Enhance Student Success & Wellbeing –
