On-campus housing is available in the summer for Â鶹Éç Durham degree-seeking students. All students who are approved to live in on-campus summer housing will be required to agree to the Room & Board Agreement and the terms of .

Eligibility Requirements
Summer housing is available to Â鶹Éç Durham undergraduate and graduate degree-seeking students, who at the time of summer occupancy are at least 16 years of age and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Enrolled in at least one (1) credit for in-person summer courses at Â鶹Éç Durham
- In a supervised research position or employed with a Â鶹Éç Durham campus department
- In an in-person educational internship taking place within the New Hampshire seacoast region
- Are a student athlete required to attend trainings or practices during summer occupancy
Â鶹Éç Durham degree-seeking students who need on-campus housing for the summer, whose circumstances fall outside of the above listed approved reasons, will be accepted only by exception at the discretion of Â鶹Éç Housing. To discuss your situation, please contact Â鶹Éç Housing.
Assignment & Move-In Information
Information about your summer assignment and move-in details will be sent to you via email shortly before the start of your summer housing. All summer housing assignments are hand assigned by Â鶹Éç Housing. Students that are currently living on campus during the Spring semester and are immediately transitioning to Summer housing will be able to remain in their Spring assignment, even after the halls close, until their summer assignment is ready.

Summer housing is available in Congreve Hall (single and double rooms) and Babcock Hall (single rooms).

Dining & Meal Plan Information
Students residing in Congreve Hall during summer housing are required to have a meal plan, regardless of length of stay. Babcock Hall summer residents are not required to have a meal plan but may elect to purchase one.
